The institution of marriage is the first and oldest institution ever set up in the history of man by the Lord God Almighty Himself. This was not done based on a request or suggestion from man, instead, it was a divine intension of God for the benefit and pleasure of man. What ever the Lord does, He does it for a reason with a special purpose in mind. When God sets up or does something, He does it in line with his nature, character, and what He stands for. The Lord does not do temporary things, whatever He does it has to last in line with His will and purpose.

“ I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men shall fear before him” (Ecclesiastes 3:14)
